The Aura & Subtle Bodies
Beyond our physical body we are made up of layers of dynamic energy, our auric field, chakras and meridians. The energy systems of our subtle bodies should be flowing positively, clear and bright for optimal health and well-being.

The Aura
Moving from the physical body into the auric field each subtle body vibrates at a slightly faster vibration than the one before. We have seven auric layers which correlate with our seven chakras and we release energy from our chakras to our auras and out to the world. Just as with our chakras, illness, trauma, negative thinking, poor diet, addictions, stress and pollutants can deplete our auras. The earliest signs of illness and disease can be found in the aura.
1st layer: Etheric - Energy balance
2nd layer: Emotional - True feelings
3rd layer: Mental - Clear thinking
4th layer: Astral - Love for self & others
5th layer: Etheric Template - Divine will
6th layer: Celestial - Divine love
7th layer: Ketheric Template - Connection to source

The Chakras
The chakras are dynamic spinning vortexes of energy. When they are healthy and functioning properly the chakras act as gateways for vital life force energy from the aura to enter the physical body and a release for negative energy.

Although we have hundreds of energy exchange points within our energetic systems there are seven most commonly known ones.
The physical body is dependent upon this vital energy flow to maintain optimum wellbeing. Chakras can become blocked by long held negative states - rigid thought patterns, negative emotions and toxins.

The Chakras
Crown - spirituality
Third-eye - awareness
Throat - communication
Heart - love and healing
Solar plexus - wisdom and power
Sacral - creativity and sexuality
Root - vitality and stability

The Meridians
The meridian system of the human body is a delicate, yet intricate web of interconnecting energy lines.

The meridians influence every organ and physiological system in the body. They carry life force energy or Ki in Japanese, Chi in Chinese medicine and Prana in Indian medicine throughout the body.
Through the flow of energy, meridians bring balance to the body. They remove energetic blocks and imbalances, regulate metabolism, and support cellular health. Their flow is as important as the flow of blood; your life and health rely on both.
Meridians of the body are responsible for all the body’s major organ systems: endocrine, nervous, circulatory, immune, respiratory, skeletal, muscular, digestive, and the lymphatic systems. If the energy flowing through a meridian is imbalanced in any way, the system it supports is compromised and disease can result.
